Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee!
To return a lab kit:
1. Contact us for authorization by sending an email to sciencesolutionsllc@yahoo.com and letting us know. We will give you specifics on how to ship the kit back to us. Because of the contents, you could be held liable by the shipping company if there was a spillage.
2. You must pay for return shipping.
3. Upon receipt of your lab kit, we will issue a refund through PayPal. The refund will be the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. We will not refund any shipping fees.
All returns must be requested within SEVEN (7) DAYS of delivery of the lab kit!
